可愛いだけではなく、その猫がいた時間を。

Beyond cuteness—the life and quiet presence of each cat.

猫の可愛らしさは、いつも入口にあります。
けれど、私が残したいのは、それだけではありません。

その猫が選んだ場所。
誰かと過ごす距離。
光の中で眠る姿や、家族のあとをついて歩く時間。

こちらの期待に合わせてもらうのではなく、
猫が自分の時間へ戻るまで、少し離れて待つ。

そうして出会った、何気なくて、二度とは同じにならない時間を撮っています。

Cuteness is often where the photograph begins.
But it is not all I want to preserve.

The places cats choose, the distance between them,
the light they sleep in, and the quiet rhythm of their lives.

Rather than asking them to meet my expectations,
I wait—at a respectful distance—until they return to their own rhythm.

I photograph these ordinary, unrepeatable moments.

猫のいる静かな時間を撮る写真家。

2009年よりプロフォトグラファーとして、学校、家族、動物、企業撮影などに携わってきました。
長年の現場経験を通して、緊張や小さな変化を読み、無理をさせず、自然な瞬間を待つ撮影スタイルを培っています。

現在は、猫の暮らしや関係、その場所に流れる時間を中心に撮り、写真展、出版、アートプリント、法人撮影へ活動を広げています。

この写真は、猫の作品を写真展で発表していく転機となった一枚です。

A photographer of quiet moments with cats.

Since 2009, I have worked professionally in school, family, animal, and commercial photography.
Years of working with people and animals have taught me to notice subtle changes, avoid pressure, and wait for natural moments.

Today, I focus on the lives, relationships, and surroundings of cats, developing this work through exhibitions, publishing, art prints, and commissioned projects.

This photograph marked a turning point in my journey of exhibiting cat photography.

2009年より、学校、家族、動物、企業・施設など、幅広い撮影に携わってきました。
被写体や目的が異なる現場でも、相手に無理をさせず、その場の自然な空気を残すことを大切にしています。

Since 2009, I have worked across school, family, animal, commercial, and institutional photography.
Across different subjects and settings, I value careful observation, minimal pressure, and natural moments.

Animal & Pet Photography

猫や犬を中心に、ペット関連メディア、ペットホテル、ペットサロン、イベント撮影に携わっています。
動物の状態を見ながら、無理に動かしたりポーズを求めたりせず、その子らしい表情と空気を撮影します。

I photograph cats, dogs, pet-related media, hotels, grooming salons, and events.
I work at each animal’s pace, without forcing poses, movement, or interaction.

この猫との時間は、その後、Kindle写真集としてもまとめました。

猫の暮らしや関係、その場所に流れる静かな時間を、写真展や出版を通して発表しています。

This photograph was first exhibited at Fuji Photo Gallery.
The time I spent with this cat later became a Kindle photo book.

Through exhibitions and publications, I continue to share the lives, relationships, and quiet presence of cats.
